What happens if a new hire doesn't work out?

We stand behind our service with a 90-day search credit. If a candidate doesn’t work out within the first 90 days due to performance, we will find a replacement at no additional cost.

What's your process like?

Our process is simple and efficient:

Tell Us Your Hiring Needs – Work with a dedicated Account Manager to define your ideal candidates.

Review Pre-Qualified Matches – We provide a shortlist of top candidates who meet your criteria after already screening them by phone.

Interview Candidates – We schedule interviews and facilitate communication for your interview process.

Extend an Offer – When you're ready, we help finalize the offer and ensure a smooth hiring process.

How many roles can you fill at once?

This will depend on your onboarding capacity and our recruitment capacity at any given time. We tend to see a max of open active roles at 10, in any given month.

Do you recruit for executive level roles too?

Yes, we can handle executive search assignments for Construction Executives VP & Above. Schedule a call with us if you'd like to discuss these services.

How long does it take to fill a role?

Roles can be different and we'll set expectations during our discovery process. With that said, our goals is to make hires for our clients within 30 days of launching a new role.

How does pricing work?

For all plans, there is a success fee on the first year's salary for the role that is due only once a successful hire is made.

If you're recruiting for more than one active opening at a time, there's also a monthly fee per active opening as follows:

- If you have 1 active opening at a time, the monthly fee is $0 and the success fee is 25%

- If you have 2 active openings at a time, the monthly fee is $4k per active role and the success fee is 20%.

- If you have 3 or more active openings at a time, the monthly fee is $3.5k per active role and the success fee is 20%

The monthly fee allows us to scale your recruiting efforts with multiple roles and ensures both parties are committed to hiring. Our internal goal is for offers to be accepted by day 30 for most roles with the per role fee only lasting 1-2 months. The per role fee is only charged when the role is active. Once the role is filled, it no longer counts as an active role and the monthly fee is lowered.

The majority of our compensation comes from your success and the success fee paid upon making a hire.

We also stand behind our service and pricing with a 90-day search credit. If a candidate doesn’t work out within the first 90 days due to performance, we will find a replacement at no additional cost.

We designed our pricing structure to deliver a full-service, done-for-you experience that falls in line with the market search fees of 25%-35% for first year's compensation.
