If the seat needs J-STD-001 or IPC/WHMA-A-620 and a scope on the bench, it is an Electronics Technician role.

Where the hardware is Class 3, a current J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 CIS is a baseline and we verify recert dates; IPC/WHMA-A-620 matters wherever the seat builds harnesses. For Class 2 commercial or prototype work, reference-verified workmanship often carries more weight than a certificate list, and many employers certify in-house after the start date.
