RLB appoints Justin York as Head of Data Centers

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has appointed Justin York as Head of Data Centers, adding a mission-critical sector leader as the firm expands its focus on digital infrastructure.

The appointment was announced Aug. 11, 2026, in Phoenix, AZ. RLB described York as an experienced executive who has delivered complex and high-profile data center programs and said he will lead the strategic growth of the company’s data center practice.

In the role, York is set to work with clients on scalable solutions across the full project lifecycle. RLB said his background includes program management, project controls, commercial strategy, procurement, cost management, capital planning, data analytics, and digital transformation. The company also said he has led multidisciplinary teams across global, multi-billion-dollar portfolios.

RLB said York has also been recognized for building high-performing teams and promoting innovation and continuous improvement. According to the company, his work has included encouraging knowledge sharing, adopting emerging technologies and modern methods of construction, and helping organizations use data to improve decision-making, efficiency, and program performance.
