TPIsoftware has deployed its AI-powered carbon management platform, GreenSwift, to support Ho-Team Construction’s greenhouse gas inventory and reporting process, with the construction company’s emissions management effort later verified by Bureau Veritas.
According to the Sept. 3, 2026 announcement, Ho-Team Construction used GreenSwift to collect, measure, analyze and report greenhouse gas emissions after partnering with TPIsoftware in 2025. The resulting inventory report received third-party assurance from Bureau Veritas, which the article described as a global leader in testing, inspection and certification.
The report said the assessment was conducted within a defined scope and that the inventory report compiled with GreenSwift demonstrated compliance with ISO 14064-1:2018. Bureau Veritas validated the integrity of the reported data.
GreenSwift is described as a SaaS platform that centralizes emissions data management and provides strategies to improve climate action. Its AI assistant gives real-time guidance during data entry and recommends which emissions factors to use. The platform also generates emissions inventory reports designed to be ready for third-party audits and certification.
The announcement also cited a PwC survey on ESG adoption in Vietnam. It said 80% of Vietnamese businesses have made ESG commitments, but 71% remain in the initial stages of understanding or have not started incorporating ESG data. The article said organizations often face difficulties obtaining reliable emissions data because of fragmented systems and limited supplier engagement, which can lead to inaccurate reporting and misguided strategies.
"Bureau Veritas verification is a testament to our commitment toward carbon reductions and environmental sustainability", said Chien Tzu-Yun, Vice President of Ho-Team Construction. "Incorporating GreenSwift into our inventory process enables informed decisions, data-based reporting and best practices aligning with international standards. We are in a stronger position for the opportunities of the carbon market Vietnam plans to fully launch in 2029."
TPIsoftware said it sees the project as part of its broader work in low-carbon and net-zero efforts.
"TPIsoftware supports organizations’ initiatives to achieve low-carbon and net zero emissions by streamlining data tracking, analysis and reporting", said Yilan Yeh, General Manager of TPIsoftware. "We are pleased to be part of Ho-Team Construction’s progress to make a meaningful climate impact with our technical capabilities. We continue to drive transparent, measurable sustainability impact with partners in Southeast Asia."
TPIsoftware was founded in 2005 and specializes in enterprise software for mission-critical systems, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and sustainability management.
